Reporting a calculation issue

Once the support channel is available, include the calculator name, the numeric inputs, selected currency, expected result and displayed result. Do not include customer records, account numbers or other sensitive information.

Before reporting

Check whether your percentage is margin or markup, whether both quantities use the same unit, and whether you entered an expense twice. The formulas and worked examples are shown on each tool page.

What support will cover
