Formula and example
1 kg = 1,000 g. 1 L = 1,000 mL. Divide by 1,000 when moving to the larger unit and multiply by 1,000 when moving to the smaller unit. Thus 500 g = 0.5 kg and 750 mL = 0.75 L.
Use matching measurements
This tool converts within a measurement type. It cannot convert grams to litres without a product-specific density. It does not include cups, spoons or fluid ounces.
